Delivery |

- Delivery is included in prices.
- Pick up is not available. All goods are ex our factory.
- Thatch only and accessories only do not include free delivery.
- No responsibility can be accepted by us for any goods lost or damaged by transport companies. If you have a lost or damaged product please contact transport company directly.
- All goods are despatched on pallets in excellent condition. Any issues caused by freight companies must be resolved between the customer and the transport company. Direct details are provided to you at time of shipment.
- We recommend thorough inspection of the goods before signing for the acceptance of goods.
- Goods are transported to your nearest Toll depot. From there you can pick up or arrange with Toll for delivery direct to your door.

- DIY Bali Hut.com.au guarantee all its products against faulty manufacture.
- Frames and posts have a structural guarantee for a period of 10 years.
- Posts are guaranteed for a period of 25 years against rot and termite attack.
- Bali thatch has a 4 year guarantee against faulty manufacture and weaving.

- Timber and natural thatching products by nature are subject to natural degradation and weathering
- Cosmetic defects such as timber splitting, twisting and warping, fading etc are beyond our control.
- Weather phenomena such as extreme storms, hail, long wet humid periods, UV, etc can all can have an adverse effect on the life and appearance of any natural product.
- www.diybalihut.com.au does not warrant against these cosmetic, normal wear and tear, or other such defects unless structural integrity is compromised.
- www.diybalihut.com.au does not warrant faults or problems caused by faulty installation on any DIY kit.

- Frame size is approx 500mm smaller on each side than roof size quoted
- All our kits are 100% waterproof and come with either ridge tiles ( rectangle models ) or capping ( square models )

| Payment Options |
- Orders can be paid by direct deposit, cheque, cash or credit card.
- When direct depositing via cash, cheque or internet transfer, please make sure you quote your invoice number.
- If your paying via direct deposit, please direct deposit into our account using your invoice number as reference you can do this at any post office or Commonwealth Bank or using Internet Banking.

| Installation |
DIY Bali Huts do not do installation, however our instructions are very detailed and easy to follow. However, we are happy to put you in touch with a installer in your area.
